P Regalis

The Poecilotheria Regalis (P Regalis for short) is a great T to own. This T is great for experienced collectors because of its speed and its temperment. If you are inexperienced and want to own a P Regalis be warned that they are very fast and are someties quick to bite. These T's only need a medium sized enclosure because all Tarantulas have very short sight range and if the enclosure is too big they will get stressed out and have a hard time catching their food. As all Tarantulas their bite is not deadly but it will cause some bad cramping in the bite area which will last for quite a long time. Aside from that they are beautifully coloured and make for a good display specimen but are best left alone unless its necessary to handle it.

  3. For some reason, Tarantulas don't freak me out like other arachnids do.

  5. Hmm... I don't think the larger spiders are all that freaky. It's the smaller ones that really get me. Very nice info there though.
